Credit Card Payments
To help protect your account against fraudulent transactions, we only ship orders where a full authorisation is complete. This means that you must enter your card's registered address details as the invoice address, or your transaction may be rejected.
To protect our customers, we participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs. If your credit card is eligible for or enrolled in one of these programs, you may see a screen from your credit card's bank, prompting you to provide your password or enrol in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode program.
As part of our desire to keep your cards secure, we do not accept payment by card over the phone. Our online payment system is secure (we never even see your card details), so we are confident that this is the best method of payment for you.
We use a next business day service for our standard deliveries. We work hard to keep our delivery charges as low as possible while still providing a timely service - for that reason, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or times. Please note that incorrectly entered addresses may result in a delay in delivery.
We will endeavour to ship online orders on the same business day the order is received, stock permitting, as long as they are raised before 3pm (12.00 noon for media orders, including all number plate supplies).
Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Out of Stock Lead Times
We try to put stock indicators on our websites for you to view. When we do this, we want to take account of supplier stocks that we can access for direct shipping to you. Until then, we will endeavour to let you know if any items you order are out of stock.
Some items on our websites have a long lead time. These are slow-moving lines with low stock levels, often ordered from the manufacturer. These are treated the same as out-of-stock items.
If you do order an item that is out of stock, we will place a back-order on our suppliers/manufacturers. This may take anything from 3 to 28 days. We will keep you informed with any information we have. If we are having difficulty obtaining your item, we will discuss this with you.
If for some reason we are unable to get hold of the desired item or quantity, we will let you know as soon as we know.
As these items are ordered on request, sometimes from the manufacturer, we are forced to take payment up front. However, do please talk to us if you have difficulties or concerns and we will do our best to rectify issues or raise a refund as necessary.
Please note that while on back-order, the price may change due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event prices decrease, we will make the necessary refund and conversely if the price increases a little we will let you know promptly.

We do our best to operate in a way that is friendly to the environment and cost-effective, therefore we re-use and recycle packaging where possible.
This means that some of our packaging may not look very neat. However, we work hard to ensure that your goods are packed safely and securely, believing that looks are not the most important issue.
Incorrectly ordered goods may not be eligible for credit/refund. Goods which are eligible for a refund/credit may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
You must have approval before returning any goods. Approval may depend on the reason for wishing to return an item, the type of item concerned and its condition.
Please note all good(s) are returned at your own risk and must be accompanied by an RMA number. We recommend using an insured/proof of delivery service to protect you against the returned good(s) being lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. Return postage is non-refundable.
We cannot refund/credit any good(s) not returned in A1 condition, unopened and in original packaging.
