Making A Purchase
Making a purchase using the store could not be easier. Just browse the store adding items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. After you have finished making your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for any further details needed to complete the order.
You will then be taken to a secure website operated by a payment service provider, where you can enter your payment details and complete the transaction.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may make your purchase over telephone or by bank tranfer, please contact us directly to arrange this.
When you receive your order confirmation email, this is to indicate we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we send you a final invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price change is acceptable.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Goods will be shipped on receipt of cleared payment. Acceptable methods of payment are; Credit card, Debit card, Pay Pal or Bank transfer. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges and options will be shown during the checkout stages. All prices in the checkout stages are for delivery to the UK Mainland only.
Delivery to a seperate postal address is possible, and you will be presented with this option during the checkout process. We aim to dispatch your order the same day if completed before our cut off time. We use next day delivery services but can not guarantee a next day delivery.
Goods must be checked on receipt and any shortages or damage, including damage to packaging, must be noted in writing with the delivery driver and signed for as damaged.
All damage or shortages must also be reported directly to Tennants Shop promptly within 24 hours of delivery.
If your choosen item is not currently in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with an option to cancel your order containing a back order if you would rather not wait for it to come into stock.
Unless otherwise stated all product prices displayed on this website are exclusive of VAT.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added to the displayed price.
All other orders will be VAT free.
