Our plates dont cost the earth
There was a time when the idea of recycling aluminium cans seemed far-fetched – the cost was too high and the benefits too small. These days, almost 65% of aluminium cans are recycled; the cans represent only 1% of the waste taken to landfills – and this number continues to fall as recycling increases.
Our taxi plates are made from ABS, which stands for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene and can be recycled.
We will give you 50p for each plate returned.

The process of producing plastics, many plastics themselves, and the aftermath of plastic use can all be described as toxic. Nearly all manufacturing processes for the different types of plastic, involve some degree of toxicity.
