Lower Your Overheads by Printing Your Own Custom Courtesy Road Signs
Avoid the expense and reduce the environmental impact of buying bespoke advance warning courtesy road signs for each works project.
The Background
AWS Courtesy Road Signs
Each year our highways are closed for repairs and maintenance. Alongside the inevitable delays, these works incur costs for equipment, materials and labour. Not to to mention the traffic control signs used to keep everyone safe, including Advance Warning Courtesy Road Signs.
Repeat Costs
Courtesy road signs are used to inform the public about your works and its duration. And because advance warning signs are bespoke, each project needs it own set. Which increases your costs and the environmental impact of every project or job.
What you need is custom signs you can reuse, time after time. Or even better, a greener method of making them in the first place. After all you have ESG Responsibilities to meet.
The Solution
Refurbish or Print Road Signs
To begin, we looked at old road signs and how we could refurbish them instead of discarding them. This would prolong their lifecycle and reduce their environmental cost. This could be as simple as printing and applying a new sign face.
But then we looked at making them better from the start. If we converted our number plate printer system to road signs, you could print your own text. In practice users would apply the print to a blank sign plate, which is cost effective & reduces waste.
The Result
GO Green with Easy Print Traffic & Make Your Own Courtesy Road Signs
In brief, this unsustainable gap in the market is why the Easy Print Traffic system was created. With Easy-Print Traffic you can produce your own advance warning courtesy road signs on demand. Thus helping traffic management companies avoid the impact of having bespoke signs made.
Our innovative on-site solution comes with a printer and a laptop loaded with software & the Highways Fonts.
Easy to Use, Easy to Apply
The systems software is very user-friendly, you simply enter the signs text a row at a time. Then you print each row onto clear weatherproof film strips and mount it onto a blank sign face. Once your roadwork projects finished, simply peel the strips off and wipe the sign down.
Installation and training is provided on purchase of an Easy-Print Traffic system. We also supply a selection of compatible blank temporary sign faces & fixings for mounting in frames.
