We are looking for a Customer Service Support Operative to perform on-site installations and deliver technical services for our number plate printing solutions. This position also includes in-office CS duties, such as order entry, dealing with CRM cases and providing remote technical support to customers.
We are a long established manufacturer and distributor of products to the automotive and traffic management markets. This role will be working within the Number Plate Customer Service Team and requires time to be split between our office and out on-site visiting customers. A Pool Vehicle will be supplied and the successful candidate will need a Full UK Driving Licence.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this person will need to have previously held a technical support role, ideally with some PC and Printer experience. They’ll also need to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, be a great communicator, be prepared to learn new skills, and demonstrate that they have an enthusiastic can do attitude to the work place.
