Christmas Open Days & Delivery Schedule
As we approach Christmas, we want everyone to have the information needed to plan their orders. The run-up to Christmas is an extremely busy period for both us and our delivery partners. So, ensure you plan orders accordingly & reach out now if you’re having technical problems.
Tennants shutdown over the festive period, so check you have enough stock to tide you over if you’re working over the festive period.
Order Cut-Off Dates
Order early in time for pre-Christmas delivery – here’s our cut off dates:
- Pallet/Large Orders: 17th December
- Standard Items: 2pm 19th December
The cut-off for last orders is the 19th December. Orders placed later will be despatched, but delivery may be subject to delay & is not guaranteed. Lead-time dependent items should be ordered before our cut-off dates. If your operation depends on more timely delivery, we strongly recommend scheduling your orders for earlier.
Note: Courier networks experience very high volumes over the festive period, so delivery delays are possible regardless of our cut-off dates.
Tennants Shutdown
Tennants UK will be on shutdown over the festive break:
- Closed: 24th December 2025
Reopens: 2nd January 2026
During this period, our manufacturing, dispatch & customer service teams will be unavailable. We will be reopening on the 2nd January 2026.
