Our lovely Customer Service Manager, Fran, is up and leaving us today after 4 (and a half) successful years at Tennants. During her time here, Fran has charmed us all (and even a few customers) with her infectious energy, enthusiasm, seemingly endless capacity for food without putting on an ounce of weight and a unique ability to be cold in 30 degree temperatures.
Highlights: Making the C.S. office a better place to work and to come to for … well; service.
Lowlights: Suffering a fractured skull when headbutted by her own horse.
Good luck in your new job, Fran – we’ll all miss seeing you gasping for breath whilst in the midst of an uncontrollable laughing fit.
